Added dns_zone_get_id function get id from domain name. To discover a domain id passing domain name as argument.

Splitted the remote function permission array for the remote user form into separate config files. The new remote.conf.php files are located in the lib folder of the modules.

fixed #681 - removed all onblur, checked onchange for function and removed it in filter panels. Added jquery keypress (event 13 -> enter) and tested it in different browsers

disable this while I work to clean up the validators, some forms have regex for existing validators. I should add some notes to the Coding Guidelines about this.

Validate DNS notify host. Customers were putting email addresses in there. Testing for IP addresses.

+ Added DNS-import, not finished. Needs language-variables and better way to parse SOA-record and possibly some cleaning.
