- Installer adds Apache and nginx user to ispapps group.
- Installer makes sure that /var/www/apps has 755 permissions.

- Fedora installer: create a symlink from /usr/share/phpmyadmin to /usr/share/phpMyAdmin (nginx only).

- Added PHP-FPM pm settings (pm.max_children, pm.start_servers, pm.min_spare_servers, pm.max_spare_servers) to the "Options" tab of a website.

reason: not necessary here, check is in line 141, when checking in line 117 and setting $user to false user blocked message will never show

- Changed FastCGI buffers for ISPConfig nginx vhost because otherwise you get "upstream sent too big header while reading response header from upstream" on OpenSUSE.
- Added 502 error page ("Bad Gateway").
- Added "fastcgi_intercept_errors on;" to nginx vhost template so that ISPConfig's error pages are displayed instead of the default nginx ones.

- OpenSUSE: check if the line "include /etc/nginx/sites-enabled/*.vhost;" exists in /etc/nginx/nginx.conf before it is inserted (installation).

- Removed ufw configuration from installer to avoid "PHP Notice:  Undefined index: ufw in /tmp/trunk/install/install.php on line 251".
- Changed phpMyAdmin location in ISPConfig nginx vhost to allow phpmyadmin and phpmyadmin/ (with and without trailing slash).
