Moved old default theme to themes/default-304

Updated default-v2 design and added missing templates, missing code parts and deleted old files and code parts

- Added interface plugins for db and db users
- changed remoting (splitted up insert, update and deletequery)

- Added plugin for vhost subdomains to catch onafterinsert/update

Fixed: folder protection is removed twice

Ensure that folder protection is deactivated for the path of the base website when deleting a vhostsubdomain.

Bugfix: $app->system->unlink function had wrong parameter name, no files were deleted ever
