Changed encoding of incremental sql files to "UTF8 ohne BOM" as some older mysql versions cant load them otherwise with errors like:

Added: Changed idn function to support multi-line fields (like mail forward)

- need to have the pecl idn and intl modules installed
  or
- have the idna_convert class in the classes/idn/ path

Bugfix: Attachments were not cleaned up on finish() call of mail class (next recipient gets all attachments, too)
Update: some import tests for plesk

Added: bank account owner field for client

Fixed/Implemented: replaced intval() by $app->functions->intval() in all interface functions due to big number problem in intval()

If you change an auto subdomain of an alias/web-domain there has to be checked if a subdomain with www. or *. has been created already.
