Reverted SVN trunk back to revision 3938 to remove changes in default theme an a replacement of the ispconfig logo.

- Added backup size to web backups

  New global option to grant reseller users access to the options (advanced) tab in web domains and vhost subdomains

  - This makes ufw the default if it's found

 - Postfix SSL Key is now 4096 bit for greater security

Implemented FS#2593 - PHP Warning: chmod(): No such file or directory in /root/ispconfig3_install/install/dist/lib/debian60.lib.php

 - added configuration options to server config (web tab, php section)
 - do not update custom php.inis if md5sum file does not exist

Changed encoding of incremental sql files to "UTF8 ohne BOM" as some older mysql versions cant load them otherwise with errors like:
