Added "DATE" form type that works like the "DATETIME" type incl. date picker, just without time details.

When uploading a logo which is smaller than the current ispconfig one, then the …

…logo will be on the left side of the header. In my opinion it will look better when it's centered.

I'm running Ubuntu 16.04 and has changed 
x-httpd-suphp="php:/usr/bin/php-cgi"
To
x-httpd-suphp="php:/usr/bin/php-cgi5.6"
And when i update ispconfig it keeps adding this to the end of the file
x-httpd-suphp="php:/usr/bin/php-cgi"
