- Fixed bug in updater that made ispconfig invoices directory unreadable.
- Removed passing of variables by reference in ispconfig monitor.
- Changed monitor of opensuse updates so that the command does not install them automatically.

FIXED: Updated the title/description var names to reflect those in the template file so titles now show on the monitor pages.

Added more translations to monitor-module, mostly done now, couple annoyances left. merged changes with all languages.
