- nginx: Changed fastcgi_param SCRIPT_FILENAME lines in apps.vhost so that phpMyAdmin and SquirrelMail work also with cgi.fix_pathinfo=0.

- Added a missing string in dns soa edit langauge file.

Fixed: FS#2005 - Username prefix for DB user is wrong when the database is created by a reseller for the client

Changed command order in client_add function so that the insertID is executed right after the sql insert query.

- Fixed a database password encryption error in remote API.

- Fixed bug in updater that made ispconfig invoices directory unreadable.
- Removed passing of variables by reference in ispconfig monitor.
- Changed monitor of opensuse updates so that the command does not install them automatically.

- Added an alias "/awstats-icon" for /usr/share/awstats/icon to the nginx vhost template so that images are displayed in the AWStats statistics on nginx.

- nginx: Fixed bug in time calculation for yesterday's access log that caused Webalizer/AWstats to show a wrong date.

- Updated russian language file.
