Bugfix: Typo in db_backup path that leads to a crashing daily cron if the backup path does not exist

Changed login = '%u' to (login = '%u' OR email = '%u') in password query of dovecot-sql.conf.master file.

- Removed billing module cron jobs from cron_daily.sh and added billing module container cron job script cron_daily_billing.sh which contains all billing module related daily cron jobs.

- nginx: added security checks when deleting vhost subdomains, so no paths still used by other subdomains or the main web get deleted accidently
- added check for vhostsubdomains to remove beginning and trailing slashes from web path.
- removed check for duplicate folder usage.

 - added isset() checks to password encryption mode in remoting
 - if additional parameter "_ispconfig_pw_crypted" is set to "1" the password fields are not re-encrypted, this is useful when importing data from existing user-bases where no cleartext passwords are stored.
   Attention: crypted passwords need to have the same format or they won't work (i.e. CRYPT for CRYPT fields, PASSWORD() for mySQL fields)

- Extended SEO redirect check for subdomains/alias domains.

- Make sure alias domain SEO redirects get written only if they don't collide with SEO redirects from parent web site.

Added /usr/share/php in default open_basedir option

- Several changes in SEO redirects implementation.
