  Along with this fixed some display problems with the combo boxes introduced in 3.0.5.
  Some fields were not correctly displayed with the predefined values if value and text of the underlying option element differ.

- Display/email reason for service restart/reload failure (if init script doesn't suppress error messages).

  It is now possible to put a customized copy of each .master template file into
  /usr/local/ispconfig/server/conf-custom/install/
  to keep manual changes done in this file.
  If existing, these .master files are used on ISPConfig upgrade instead of the provided installer templates.

- Fixed: web folder protection needs to be removed on ftp-user insert and update due to directory creation

- Admins can now choose to be notified by email about debug, warning or error messages in the server process.

- Improved recognition of when a service (Apache, nginx, etc.) was really restarted/reloaded successfully. Checking port 80 is not enough because nginx reloads silently, ignoring faulty configuration files, but returns a value > 0. If we don't check the return value, nginx will refuse to start when someone issues a restart the next time.
