The "new" php session-cleaning source works fine for several days at my servers, so we can delete the old (not working) one

Enhancement of the Email-Domain-List. The user can only select the server as filter, he has some mail-domains at (and not ALL Servers of the server-farm)

Enhancement of the Website-List. The user can only select the server as filter, he has some sites at (and not ALL Servers of the server-farm)

1) Edit a domain: The selected domain is also selected in the dropdown-list
2) Edit a domain: The admin can now select any domain not only his/her

Added better error handling to vlogger script in case that the mysql database connection is not available.

Fixed a bug: if the domain-module is used and there are NO domains in the list, then the user was able to free edit the domain-name. This bug is fixed now and a empty list is generated, so the user can enter only a empty name!

If you are admin you need back to client list do consult id.
Only admin can view CLIEND_ID for example and limited
users can not know your id using easy way.
This issue reported by my ispconfig end users.
Direct show of end database user name resolve all of 
these steps on a single step.
