This is must-to-do in Finland, Sweden, Norway or other countries that use characters from Extended ASCII Codes-table. Could work also in other distributions, but i am not sure about apache-config-file locations nor behavior.

Put vlogger log directives in separate apache config file so they are available for the websites even if the controlpanel is not installed on the server.
