use seperate config for amavis-dkim-config even is the systems uses a monolith config to prevent overwriting the key-config during updates

add optional arrays for service-name to function system->getinitcommand and also a parameter to check if the current service exists (mandatory if you use an array)

DKIM: changed config-file-check to prevent saving the keys in the wrong file if a single amavis-config-file exists after upgrading to a "split-config"

Use 60-dkim for the key-definitions on systems with seperated amavisd-configs like debian and ubuntu

Use preg_match/preg_replace when adding/removing keys to amavis to avoid duplicate keys with different selectors. Prevent restarting amavis more then one time.

the path for the dkim-keys is automaticly creaed by the server-plugin, the path could be empty in the interface, and the amavis-template for gentoo was updated
