Patch from Filip that enables settting of sys_user.modules and sys_user.startmodule via client_add remote API call

Fixed: FS#1220 - /var/vmail/(domain)/(user) directories and files not delete when mail_user is deleted via remote.

Enhancement of the Website-List. The user can only select the server as filter, he has some sites at (and not ALL Servers of the server-farm)

Improved Template handling (if a template-file is not in the user template path, the file of the default-template is used)

You can now set an array of predefined values in a tform select field together with a datasource. The data of the "value" array and the datasource data get merged, so that the datasource data gets appended to the value array.

Added new "DATE" datatype which uses the native mysql date format instead of tstamps in tform library. The old tstamp datatype as been renamed to "DATETSTAMP".

- Added alternative code for a is_group function which might perform better then the old implementation. It has to be tested yet and is commented out.

- Added a missing language string for the website form.
