Fixed: FS#1063 - Missing language variables in shell user options 

Fixed general utf8 encoding problems when data is passed from frontend to server, this fixes also bug FS#1065 - Special characters in autoresponder subject may break the autoresponder 

Merged all language files.

Fixed: FS#1012 - Delete all records (domains, ftp users, etc.) of a client when the client gets deleted.

Changed the characters that are available to be used in the password salt to avoid decoding problems with certain 64Bit Linux systems.

Changed: removed datalog update function in tform.inc.php and just left the stub function there for legacy support with a call to the new function in the db_mysql.inc.php.

Added a Checkbox to the language import form to ignore the version of the language file.

Removed version number when no user is logged in. Please do not undo this. If you do not understand why something has been changed by me, please ask.

For some reason till has made the version number not to load when no user is logged in.
Due to ajax login the version number remains not loaded even after login until the whole page is reloaded.
I didn't find any comment why is this done, so I revert it.
