Implemented: FS#1252 - Add permission system based on user / password to app installer 

- Fixed a formatting problem with suphp.conf and newer suphp versions.

Show warning message someone tries to use root as username for a client database when the database prefixes are removed.

Impoved the software update function to enable the installation of apps like phpmyadmin into the apps vhost.

- added installation instructions for opensuse 11.2 with bind and dovecot
- fixed a bug in bind plugin.
- improved opensuse installer.

Added a global default for the .htaccess allow_override setting.

Temporarily disabled the automatic activation of the bind-dlz plugin until a routine is integrated in the installer to detect if bind has dlz compiled in or the normal file based plugin has to be used.
