Show (disabled) client field on mail_domain edit for admin

Helmo requested to merge helmo/ispconfig3:patch-mail-domain-show-client into stable-3.1

When you use the `use_domain_module' option I currently don't see the client on the mail domain edit page. This MR adds a disabled field to show that info.
