Missing -d $hostname

Update installer_base.lib.php to add missing -d $hostname for both apache and nginx lines for creating LE SSL certs.

Error was detected in a log posted in the forum: https://www.howtoforge.com/community/threads/securing-ispconfig-3-control-panel-port-8080-with-lets-encrypt-free-ssl.75554/page-19#post-408216

I believe it is still related to issue 5731 #5731 (closed)
