Jailkit update exclude web folders

Older ISPConfig allowed specifying a web folder for subdomains/aliasdomains that could conflict with system directories, on the chance someone is using such a (broken) configuration, we don't want to remove the web folder when performing jailkit cleanup of standard system directories.
