Fixed: Rewrite proxy for ssl targets

Otherwise proxying will not work (ssl error on apache side).

PS: On dev-channel ispconfig is running on Debian 11 (Bullseye) like a charm, installed 1 master + 1 slave. Also the autoinstaller & migrator are working as they should. Awesome! :-)
