add CI test to install ispconfig in a clean container

This builds on the Docker container provided by https://github.com/jerob/docker-ispconfig/

It's still a very basic installation. It fetches the login page and shows the output of ps.

So some real tests should still be added.

It would be wonderful if someone with Behat experience could create a basic walk through of some common tasks
