Relative paths for login-as functionality

Webslice requested to merge webslice/ispconfig3:feature/relative-paths-for-login-as into stable-3.1

When running ISPConfig in a subdirectory, the login_as functionality does not work because absolute paths are being used. This PR makes it use relative paths.
