Draft: WordPress install option

Helmorequested to merge
helmo/module-wizard:wp-install into master

This uses the remote action system to install a wordpress site on a newly created site.

It works ... but will need some refactoring to make it more generic. And some polish.

To test it you need to symlink the lib/plugins-available/app_wordpress_plugin.inc.php file into server/plugins-enabled/app_wordpress_plugin.inc.php on the webserver.
