getApacheModulesToDisable

In ISPConfig::wantsPHP() is the following comment

// If a new version is added, the getApacheModulesToDisable function should be updated to disable the latest version (this part could be improved)

I think it would be better to simply remove the module related to getSystemPHPVersion() which is the default one for the release we are referring to. I will provide a merge request for this issue...
