- Fixed a few bugs in suphp implementation.

Disabled suphp_UserGroup directive by default to make the setup compatible with the suphp compile options from most linux distributions. If you want some extra security, enable this directive again and recompile mod_suphp with the the option --with-setid-mode=paranoid

Network Configuration through the ISPConfig interface for debian and compatible linux distributions.

Added bash.bashrc and motd templates to copy over for for chroot system
Updated ispconfig vhost to include php fastcgi configs if fastcgi is enabled. What if the module is loaded too ?

- logfile directory was not deleted when a site was deleted.

- Updated ToDo list.

- added a daily cronjob for stats creation in the installer.
- Fixed a bug in the spamfilter white / blacklist forms (thanks to satommy for reporting this)
- fixed ssl cert path in vhost templates/web_domain_ssl.htm
- fixed a bug in the apache plugin which prevented the copying of the standard error and index files.
