Implemented: FS#1252 - Add permission system based on user / password to app installer 

BugFix: FS#1234 - CLIENTNAME value when in reseller account - fixed with suggestion from Ciaran Johnston (cj). I make initial test and this worked fine but, need check if this fix impact affect any another part of ispconfig.

- I had to reorder the variables in language_list.htm for the link URL's
- Moved the lang_file var to the beginning of the URL to make it work.
- For some strange reason if you have &lang_file in the url it changes it to <_file.

- Fixed a formatting problem with suphp.conf and newer suphp versions.

Implemented: FS#951 - Dashboard module

Fixed a bug in DNS wizard to prevent that slave servers show up in the server list when they are a mirror.

the pwd is not longer stored in plaintext
