- Replaced "virtual_mailbox_extended = yes" with "virtual_maildir_extended = yes" in the Postfix configuration.

- Fixed bug were the interface is enabled after an update on a server were interface = no selected during install
- Fixed a replication problem and made replication more fault tolerant.

- Improved installer and updater for multiserver mode. Modules and plugins were only configured if the selected service is available on the server.

- Update server.ini during install
- Changed default vmail directory form /home/vmail to /var/vmail

Comment out the listen directive in the ispconfig.vhost file if the port for ispconfig is 80 or 443.

Fixed #250. Services are only restarted if a startscript is defined in the $config variable during installation or update.

Added new table monitor_data for the core-module monitor.

- Changed mbox regex in dns manager.

Included jailkit config templates
Added bash.bashrc and motd templates to copy over for for chroot system
Updated ispconfig vhost to include php fastcgi configs if fastcgi is enabled. What if the module is loaded too ?
TODO: jailkit chroot is still not loading the modified motd in /etc/motd and /var/run/motd ??
