Fixed missing parts for greylist, rbl in gentoo

- Added autoinstall for centos, opensuse and gentoo
- Added ini style config autoinstall option
- Autoinstall sample configuration files are now in docs folder
- Removed old autoupdate file

- Added function to detect the apache version to installer.
- Added support for apache 2.4 to vhots templates for ispconfig vhost and apps vhost in installer.

additionsl configuration-changes when update -> use lmtp instead of dovecot directly

Fixed: FS#2378 - $conf['theme'] value in interface/lib/config.inc.php is overwritten (reset to 'default') on update
