Added missing strings from english language files to german language files. TODO: Translate missing strings

- Clients that are not resellers can not change the basic web settings anymore.

- Better Autoresponder script

Removed server selector from FTP- and Shell-User forms, as the server is always identical with the server ID of the selected website.

Started a change to the update script.

TODO: Fix problem with jailkit chroot users logging into parent web user's directory. Fixup bash command prompt to display the correct user somehow because they all share the same id. 

Fixup install / update script so the fastcgi script and directory is created for the ispconfig site on setup / update. Can't work out how to get to the templating system to generate the script from.

Added a server module for clients and a mail plugin.

- added a daily cronjob for stats creation in the installer.
- Fixed a bug in the spamfilter white / blacklist forms (thanks to satommy for reporting this)
- fixed ssl cert path in vhost templates/web_domain_ssl.htm
- fixed a bug in the apache plugin which prevented the copying of the standard error and index files.
