Postfix not automatically restarted after upgrade to 3.1rc1
After upgrading to 3.1rc1 I had the problem that I could not send mails anymore. The following occured in /var/log/mail.log:
Aug 8 14:34:14 s1 amavis[23646]: (23646-07) (!)connect to 127.0.0.1:* failed, attempt #1: Can't connect to socket 127.0.0.1:* using module IO::Socket::IP: Connection refused

This was the output of netstat -tulpn
:

tcp 0 0 127.0.0.1:10025 0.0.0.0:* LISTEN 1718/master
tcp 0 0 127.0.0.1:10026 0.0.0.0:* LISTEN 23634/amavisd-new (
Obviously there was the SMTP instance missing which should be running on port 10027. During the update I choose reconfigure only selected services and again yes for reconfiguring Postfix and IMAP/POP3. However, it seems as if the installer did not restart Postfix.
Running service postfix restart
manually solved the problem.
