creating a website for host fqdn doesn't work
short description
let's suppose my ispconfig real hostname is www.srv.org
if you try to access http://www.srv.org, you get apache2 default ubuntu page.
then, you create a website into ispconfig for www.srv.org, but it still delivers you the apache2 default page, instead of the "Welcome to your website!" isponfig default page of you new vhost.
if you enable let's encrypt for this website, https://www.srv.org/ delivers the right page. but http://www.srv.org/ still delivers the wrong page. so no http to https redirect is possible.
of course, other websites work as expected. only the host real hostname has this strange behaviour.
correct behaviour
vhost should delivers right content
