Create Junk-Folder if it doesn't exist, but Junkmail shall be moved

If folder Junk doesn't exist in the mailbox (for what reason ever!!), the funktionality "move-junk" doesn't work, it only doesn't do anything, Junk mail is pushed to normal inbox in that case. I had several situations in the past, where Junk-Folder didn't exist (most often, because users did delete it!)

I really thought about adding this funktionality with a second checkbox below "move junk". But honestly I think this should be standard-behavior. If move-junk is enabled, then I'd expext, that the folder is created, if it doesn't exist... and vice versa: if anybody is set against this behavior and doesn't want that Junk-Mailbox is created, then I'd suggest him, to disable this move-junk function...
