- Added JavaScript function submitFormConfirm(formname,target,confirmation){} that display a confirmation message before a form is submitted.

- Improved date format in nl language file
- Disabled debugging mode in interface plugin class.

- Added $wb['conf_format_dateshort_human_readable'] variable (shows the human readable date format like "tt.mm.jjjj" or "yyyy-mm-dd" next to date fields so that one knows how to format the date) to global language files.

- Removed max. length 255 attribute from input field in language editor: FS#2049 - unable to translate one string

Fixed: FS#2005 - Username prefix for DB user is wrong when the database is created by a reseller for the client
