- added isset() checks to password encryption mode in remoting
 - if additional parameter "_ispconfig_pw_crypted" is set to "1" the password fields are not re-encrypted, this is useful when importing data from existing user-bases where no cleartext passwords are stored.
   Attention: crypted passwords need to have the same format or they won't work (i.e. CRYPT for CRYPT fields, PASSWORD() for mySQL fields)

Fixed: FS#2533 - Backup not working with small values for wait_timeout and interactive_timeout in MySQL?

 - if no db prefix is set use php uniqid function to get a db username and db name

 - log parsing did not recognize lines with multiple recipients
 - spamfilter_users added to datalog status messages

 - entered all missing german and english entries for datalog status
 - excluded some more tables from status display
 - inserted the info-display code to the relevant templates

 - entered some more german language entries
 - excluded some (one for now) datalog dbtables from results

 - Show status messages to clients as long as the datalog is not processed (changes pending...)

  if database is created on different server than web the allowed remote ip for the database was set to the database server ip instead of the webserver ip

  the database should be created on localhost (the webserve) if it has database service enabled. fallback is the default database server of the client.

- Extended UNIQUE validator to allow empty values if "allowempty" option is set to "y".
