Added Global Setting to Server config tab to
  - Enable & Disable the feature
  - Set the Proxy HTTP & HTTPS Ports

Added Per site level switch to enable and disable feature (Located in the Web Tab under the advanced section)

Added Apache2 and Nginx vhost updates to enable proxy_protocol on the listen lines

Added New database column to web_domain called "proxy_protocol" to enable site level config (Patch file Added upd_0089.sql)

Updated the Base Table SQL file to include "proxy_protocol" field

global option to enable pagespeed with nginx - allows to enable pagespeed even if no webserver-config is selected

Added a server migration mode setting which will be used to prevent that LE tries to recreate certs during a server migration.

Merged language files.

FS#3526 - Add option to disable BIND zone check (the intention for the feature request was more to hide log-messages and not to disable the named-checkzone-call)

Added prefetching to dovecot to halve database-queries
Added mdbox-creation for new Mailboxes in mdbox-format
