- Added an additional Jailkit section field to the PHP-CLI tab
- Removed PHP aliases from bashrc templates and switched over to provide the PHP binary via ~/.local/bin
- Added an Enterprise Linux (RHEL, AlmaLinux, Rocky Linux etc) specific jk_init.ini template which results finally in functional jails (based on Jailkit)
- Fixed merge conflict in upd_dev_collection.sql

This reverts merge request !1812

Update upd_dev_collection.sql to remove regex mysql functions that will fail on older MySQL versions.
