- Added "Rewrite Rules" field to the "Redirect" tab so that customers can set rewrite rules themselves on nginx.

- Improved recognition of when a service (Apache, nginx, etc.) was really restarted/reloaded successfully. Checking port 80 is not enough because nginx reloads silently, ignoring faulty configuration files, but returns a value > 0. If we don't check the return value, nginx will refuse to start when someone issues a restart the next time.

- Made remote IPs field for databases longer.

- Lists can now be created from more than one database table (including sorting and searching) // needs more testing!

Reworked database user management to fix FS#2918 - multiserver - remote access db passwd not changed , when changed access from IP to % and vice versa
